He was in the army then and was hospitalised for hernia. He was feeling a tad manja cause he just had an op and asked if I could get him a bouquet of flowers when I went to visit him. Laughing

And nope, he isn't effy at all! He was an ex-gym instructor and he had muscles!

I was responging to Bear, meaning thats what we use our gf/wife for... to buy flowers for the person we are visiting lol man thing hahahah rather than buy and give ourselves hahah

I think it has to be almost like taboo about giving guys flowers?
You guys know that Chris and I went to visit his friend in hospital right?

I was like....let's buy him some flowers (I was thinking that it might be something nice to look at having to lie in bed all day)

and his reaction was

I was like. I'm not sending him a wreath Shocked

Anyway, we settled for a fruit basket

So I'm wondering now if all guys associate flowers in hospitals with death or is it just my darling Laughing

hahaha hard to say not having met your SO. But i would say some guys do find girly hings threatening to masculinity. The sending to grave is a convenient excuse that i use as well when i dont feel easy about buying a guy a flower when visiting hospital Mr. Green

It's basically work and reunion dinner today though it really doesn't make a diff as am at mum's place

Hub will be stuck at work till 8.45pm today. Apparently there is a plane that came in in really bad shape.
